The service covers common problems including dead or no power, display failures, gauge malfunctions, broken connector pins, water and corrosion damage, button failures, hydraulic issues, and electrical faults. If your issue is not listed, you should contact the repair center first before placing an order.
The typical turnaround time is 3-5 business days after the module is received. If your module arrives in working condition and passes testing, a refund minus a 30% non-refundable bench fee and return shipping will be issued. If the part cannot be repaired, a refund minus a 50% repair attempt fee will be provided.
The service includes a one-year warranty that covers the repair but excludes lightning strikes, physical damage, and unrelated failures. The warranty begins from the date of departure from the repair center. Additional modules can be tested for a $20 flat bench fee each.
