This is a repair service for boat control modules, not a replacement part purchase. You must ship your defective module to the repair facility for diagnosis and repair.
The service works in five steps: purchase the repair service, receive packaging and shipping instructions, ship your controller base, have it tested and repaired, and receive it back within 3-5 business days after receipt.
This service covers multiple module models including 325, 328, 329, 331, 334, 335, 337, 341, 425, 428, and 430. Common issues repaired include dead power, display failures, gauge malfunctions, broken connector pins, water or corrosion damage, button failures, hydraulic issues, and lighting problems.
The repair comes with a one-year warranty covering failures related to the original repair, excluding lightning strikes and physical damage. The warranty begins from the departure date of the repair center.
If the module arrives in working condition, a 30% non-refundable bench fee plus return shipping applies. If repair is impossible, a 50% repair attempt fee is charged. For multiple modules, each additional board requires a $20 non-refundable bench fee. Warranty repairs require the customer to pay all return shipping costs.
