Made of quality alloy steel forging, the spiral drill blade is sharp, with a hard black coating on the surface, which can effectively reduce the friction between the drill bit and materials such as soil and rock during work, and reduce the degree of drill bit wear.

This alloy steel spiral drill is engineered for small excavators weighing 0.8-1.5 tons. Crafted from quality alloy steel forging, the drill blade features a hard black coating that reduces friction during operation and minimizes wear when drilling through soil and rock.
The drill excels in building foundation engineering, road construction, geological exploration, and mineral mining. It handles various geological conditions including soft soil, hard soil, and rock formations with drilling diameters up to 12 inches (300 mm) and depths reaching 47.2 inches (1200 mm).
Installation is straightforward with two hydraulic pipes included for direct connection to the excavator. Once connected, the spiral drill rotates at 40-82 rpm with a maximum torque of 1794 lbf-ft, enabling efficient cutting through various soil and rock layers. The connection span is 90mm with a 25mm hole diameter, making it compatible with standard mini excavators.
This attachment delivers high efficiency, adaptability, safety, and economy, saving time and reducing operational costs on jobsites.
