This is a repair service for defective controller modules, not a replacement part purchase. You will need to ship your module to the repair facility, where technicians will diagnose and fix the issue, then return it to you. The entire process typically takes 3-5 business days after receipt.
The service covers models 325, 328, 329, 331, 334, 335, 337, 341, 425, 428, and 430. Common issues repaired include dead power, display failures, non-working gauges, broken connector pins, water or corrosion damage, button failures, hydraulic issues, and error codes related to speed and battery voltage.
One year warranty is included on all repairs, covering failures related to the original repair but not lightning strikes, physical damage, or unrelated failures.
Important fees to note: If the module arrives in working condition and passes testing, a 30% non-refundable bench fee plus return shipping will be charged. If a module cannot be repaired, a 50% repair attempt fee will be deducted from the refund. Additional modules for testing cost a $20 flat bench fee each plus return shipping. Modules previously serviced or with missing parts cannot be accepted for repair.
