The repair includes one year warranty protection against defects from the original repair, excluding lightning strikes, physical damage, and unrelated failures.
If the module cannot be repaired, a refund is issued minus a 50% repair attempt fee. If the module arrives in working condition, a 30% testing fee and return shipping costs apply before it can be returned. Additional modules can be tested for a $20 flat bench fee each plus return shipping. The facility does not repair boards that have been previously serviced or have missing parts.
